You would not send a butterfly off to war

For butterflies do not care to learn how to fight

They only have a short time to live--

Why spend that time dying?

If only people learned from butterflies.

Salt Water said...: Hi, Cat. Life's monitary dictates have resulted in a life change that has stopped my regular blogging. Got home last night, updated on your fun blog. Your Butterfly thoughts fit my agreement with your kids and thier glue thoughts. I drive a truck longhaul. As a result, I need to avoid hurting many life forms that frequent roadways. But not even my wife could understand why one time, when rounding a corner on 299 in California, I hit the brakes and turned right to miss a beautiful yellow Monarch Butterfly. Maybe you guys can. As I age, I hate causing anything pain. Thanks for being such a sweet soul in this mean world.; 10 February, 2006
