Things just keep getting better & better. Rummy takes a bow, the Democrats take the Senate.
Consider the following a eulogy. Here's a hilarious 'poem' from the former merchant of death--Donald Rumsfeld.

The Unknown

As we know,

There are known knowns.

There are things we know we know.

We also know There are known unknowns.

That is to say

We know there are some things

We do not know.

But there are also unknown unknowns,

The ones we don't know We don't know.

I had an additional short sentence relative to that comment in the picture but thought that said it all. First time in a long time the newspapers had good news on the front page: "Democrats Take Over; Rumsfeld Steps Down". Cathy, you would have loved this talk radio station. They played that same speech(?) Rumsfeld gave a month ago, then right afterwards, they played the same speech--with a Keystone Kops-type of music in the background! It was so hilarious. I think Rumsfeld was an "unknown" contributor to Abbott & Costello.
Thanks for the poetry, Cathy.

Can you imagine Rummy explaining a situation where his wife walks in on him and a lover?

I could see SNL doing a skit like that, it would be hilarious.

Chris,
LOL.
That would be so much better than anything I've seen on SNL even remotely recently.

Trumpy,

I think Rumsfeld was one of the 3 Stooges. :-)

Thanks for the great comments...
